as an avid hunter of irresistible internet deals, i am always looking for free shipping codes, 10% off coupons, and all-around steals. tonight i found the latter in the form of
cheap magazine subscriptions. i am most excited about my $4.99 3-year subscription to WIRED. hallelujah, maybe now i won't have to resort to squishing ants with my financial accounting book for entertainment.
[edit] i just bought two more subs.... jane and reader's digest! 2 and 1 year, respectively... <$11! both are longtime favorites (reader's digest for the funnies). i would have renewed my sub to cosmopolitan, my #1 favorite, but the thought of my parents intercepting it with cover headlines such as "new sexercises that double female pleasure," strongly dissuaded me.
