time to eat my wheaties

i'm beginning to develop a litany of physical ailments. while some are exacerbated by stress, others are from yogalates, and yet more are due to aging. i guess "feeling old" isn't just a mental thing; it can manifest itself in the form of aches and pains - in my case, an intermittently throbbing TMJ. my mom says it may be due to osteoporosis, which is scary, because not only am i still young... i drink lots of milk! in addition to my jaw feeling like it might eventually unhinge itself, i have a literal pain in the neck, resulting from over-exerting myself during yogalates last week. checking my left blind spot has been extremely painful.

in related news, i think studying is making me fat. i think i smao'd every day this past week, which means i've been sitting for an inordinate number of hours in an uncomfortable chair at some coffee shop, filling my head with crap. and while normally those hours would have been spent perusing clothing racks and hunting for the perfect pair of earrings, they were instead devoted to sitting on my ass and indulging my newfound house coffee habit. if you can look past the seemingly positive difference in productivity, you'll find that smao is actually all sorts of bad. lots of time sitting on chair = fat ass. drinking coffee = stained teeth. no shopping = no exercise = no burning calories. realizing i'm 3 weeks behind in half of my classes = ulcer. so you see, studying is actually bad for the health.

wow, according to your math, i'm just as bad as you except i'm not filling my head with anything and my teeth will be twice as stained.
