i had a pretty bad week, mostly due to the test i had on monday and the crapload of stuff due on saturday. weekend classes should be outlawed, especially when they are 8 hours long! my group was in the school of management until 2 AM saturday, and then at kinko's for another hour printing out 40-something copies of the case we were presenting in the morning. 5 hours later, we were back in class. after our presentation, we took our marathon final, which was 100% essay and spanned the pages of two blue books. i pray to god i will never have to handwrite that much again during the rest of my life. but anyway, i am officially done with my saturday class, so that is one less thing i need to worry about this semester :) i spent the rest of the day hanging out at the mall, and then went to fox sports bar & grill to watch some bball contest, and ended the night at a friend's place where i bonded with my (not so good) buddy Wine. sometime during all that, i managed to submit a taxation quiz, which was due at midnight. i feel like a heavy burden has been lifted off my shoulders.
despite having a really crappy week (not only because of school), i feel kinda happy today. it might be because i'm a little cracked out from caffeine consumption, but regardless - i still have a smile on my face. and you know that's rare when i'm in the library and my taxation book is open in front of me. today i went to target with the intent of finding a cheap replacement for my favorite black eyeshadow that shattered, but instead came out with an ubercute sundress that i found for $20. that's a steal! i'm really happy with my purchase and can't wait until the weather is warm enough to wear it :)
