according to the many guest lecturers i've had the privilege of listening to, as well as this article, accounting is supposed to be recession-proof. that means when the economy goes down, much like it is now, finding a job in accounting shouldn't be difficult. that means i shouldn't worry that i may not be employed come fall, right? RIGHT??
i've been told i need to "not care." as someone who doesn't give up on others easily, this advice is easier given than achieved. i want to care, but i don't want to suffer because of it. some people just don't make it easy....
4 hours. every monday, wednesday, i dread listening to the talking head on the screen that regurgitates taxation principles in my review course. i also dread the free candy, pretzels, and wheat puffs that i am too weak to resist.
i think i'm going to sign up for a 5K sometime this summer. and take another rec fitness class. i can already see certain people rolling their eyeballs, lol.
