it never fails: during the critical hours before a test, i'm blogging. i may be making the biggest understatement of the year if i called taxation "boring," but, that's what it is, and that's why i'm blogging.
i've smuggled a cinnamon dolce latte from starbucks up to the second floor of the school library, after being kicked out of my ground floor table. i don't like to hate on people of the same race, but fobs can be downright annoying. i had become situated at my own table downstairs, when a fob girl decided she would come and join me. that's fine and all - i really don't need a 5'x3' tabletop to myself - but what she failed to mention was that several group members would be joining her. soo, along came 3 other fobs to invade my space, at which point i got up and left. i made it clear that i was unhappy at being kicked out of my own table, to which the fob girl could only offer feeble apologies. i would have gladly left had she asked upon her initial decision to join me, but in typical fob fashion, she was too passive / timid to do so. as a result, it made her look pretty rude to decide to host her group meeting where i was already situated. i know she felt bad at having unintentionally kicked me out, but what annoys me is that she did not have the foresight to see that this would happen (or was too shy to warn me of the arrival of her group mates). there are four chairs at a table, and you and i are occupying two of them. if you have 3 other group members, obviously someone is going to have to move. in addition, you don't sit with someone who is quietly studying and then have a group meeting in the same place. there are other places in the library to do your shit, so if you're gonna share a table with someone, BE COURTEOUS - especially if they were there first. the passive nature and stupidity of some people is truly infuriating.
