my deadline to complete a personal goal is fast approaching. how far have i come in reaching this goal? not far. in fact, i think i may have taken a few steps back. but that's ok. the more time that passes, the more i realize that perhaps it was a frivolous endeavor - a feckless pursuit spurred more by lust than actual need. in effect, i found my dedication waning.

sorry to be so cryptic... i know many of my posts would be less ambiguous if i would give context to my ramblings. but, as these things are, the more room for speculation, the broader range of meanings that can be encompassed. i've never been keen on defining them explicitly.
